The Terracotta Army

This is one of the most iconic attractions in China that no traveller can overlook! The sculptures of an underground army are said to belong to the very first emperor of China. It’s best if you are able to head over to the site in the morning. This way crowds are less and the immense heat during the day time here can be avoided.

The Xian City Wall

The city wall is known to be one of the most well-preserved monuments in China. It dates back to the 14th century where it was built as a form of defence. Spend your afternoon here and make sure to take a good look around.

Muslim Street

Thousands of years ago, the well-known silk route initiated from Xian in China. Therefore, many people for Muslim countries called the Hui people settled down here. The street is also popular for the amazing street food served up here.

The Bell & Drum Tower

This tower dates back to the 13th century and has been renovated a few times during the years. It was how people fathomed the time during the era of the Han Dynasty. Close to this attraction are hotels the likes of Grand Park Xian offering some wonderful cultural festivals like the dragon boat festival.
