Let’s go to the beach beach, let’s go catch a wave…There’s no doubt that Nicki Minaj was talking about the Kata Beach! Here’s all that you need to know!

Get your tan on

Yep! Carry your suntan lotion and your sun-block before you come here and you can spend all day working on that perfect summer glow! The soft sandy beaches are ideal to lie down on – over a beach towel obviously! – and soak up the sun.

Rest your head

If you LOVE beaches, you really shouldn’t stay too far from it during your holiday. Thankfully, you’ll find many Phuket luxury villas in Thailand along the sunny, golden coast, such as Kata Rocks, where you’ll have constant views of the sea – even from your bedroom!

Best views

Karon Viewpoint, previously known as Kata Viewpoint is the best place to get the most amazing views of the surroundings – including the famous Kata Noi, Karon and Kata Yai beaches.

Mini golf, anyone?

If you want to do something different, head to Dino Park for a fun round of mini golf. It’s a great place to take your kids too btw – if you have any obviously.

Temple visits are an absolute MUST in Thailand. Kata Temple is a beautiful religious structure built in 1832. Remember to cover up before visiting though!

Intrigued by history, art and food, Lavinia Woolf is a writer who is passionate about the extraordinary and writes of the exhilarating and enchanting. Google+
