The Big Buddha statue rests on a three-tier podium comprising six Bodhisattva Statues on each side of the staircase. Don’t hold your breath as you see the 360° view of the surroundings.

The Wisdom Path

Just a 15-minute walk away from the Tian Tan Buddha statue lies the ‘Wisdom Path’ which features a series of 38 steles engraved with Chinese Sutra prayers. The path covered by a canopy is trees is absolutely striking!
