Kuta

This is one of the most popular destinations to visit among tourists in Bali. Kuta resorts are available in plenty, for example, Holiday Inn Resort Baruna Bali is a very popular lodging place here. The streets are packed with holidaymakers visiting bars, the marketplace, clubs and shops that have sprouted up here and there.

Jimbaran

Unlike Kuta, Jimbaran is not over-crowded with tourists and has a relaxing peaceful atmosphere around. There are many beach resorts to stay in. The beaches here are cleaner than those in Kuta, Seminyak or Legian and much nicer as well. Stepping out, you will find small kiosks and boutique shops set up here and there.

Uluwatu

This location is sought after by tourists due to its popularity for some of the best surf waves in Bali! Uluwatu also boasts some awesome beaches, although most of them are not really suitable for a swim. You may find some of the most opulent, high-class accommodation here as well as small cheaper options like homestays and boutique hotels.

Sanur

Sanur is a much quieter town in Bali than most and is not overcrowded with tourist. It is also one of the oldest resort towns in Bali. There are very few choices for luxury accommodation here, instead, you may find boutique hotels or other small options. Sanur is perfect for a family vacation in Bali.
