Believe it or not, this is an activity that is quite popular on the southern part of the beach! This is because the Phuket International Airport is relatively close by meaning you get an ideal vantage point from Mai Khao Beach of planes coming in which makes for some amazing photo opportunities.

Mai Khao Beach is also within easy reach of the Splash Jungle Water Park in Phuket which offers lots of thrills for the whole family. This popular water park features an array of exciting rides and water slides as well as attractions like a lazy river, wave pool and family raft ride.
