Origins

The bell tower features several large bronze bells which belong to the Tang Dynasty. The tower is approximately 40 meters high and it’s base spans over an area of 1377 square meters. The entirety of the structure is made with a combination of brick and wood and it still stands tall against the sands of time as one of the largest and well-preserved ancients monuments in China.
Function
The bell tower was originally purposed publishing news during the old days. it was also used as a point to warn people of potential and oncoming attacks or sieges.
