An international airport serving south, mid and west Wales, the Cardiff Wales International Airport sees at least 1 million passengers passing through. It is located 12 kilometres West of Cardiff’s city centre in a village called Rhoose. The private company that owns the airport is 90% owned by a Spanish company and 10 % owned by Aena International, the world’s largest airport operator.
