It is located 25km East of Kowloon City Center. The main slope of Clear Water Bay is overlooking the sea towards the East. In this peninsular named Clear Water there are 2 scenic beaches known as Clear Water Bay 1st beach and Clear Water Bay 2nd beach. Every weekend you would see the beach occupied by families. The beach is fully equipped with all that are needed for campers and picnickers. Car parks, refreshment kiosk and barbecue pits are stalled to make it easy and convenient for the visitors. The bay ensures the safety of those who swim, lifeguards and shark nets are set on the beach. The two beaches are the perfect getaway for the Kowloon community. The bay is a beautiful and scenic environment which is surrounded by hills and pleasure boats too, have been put up.
Sai Kung is another beach located close to Clear Water Bay. It is an ideal spot for swimming and to roam about. Po Joi O village is a small fishing village belonging to Clear Water Bay. Everyone who lives in this village has the same surname Po. Two popular seafood restaurants which are popular among the tourists are located in this fishing village.
