The exhibition’s online edition offers a series of videos (multi-language subtitles available) narrated by a fictional former caretaker of the building named Encik Awang. Viewers join him on a journey to the past to see the beginnings of City Hall along with historic events that shaped the country such as World War Two and Singapore’s independence.
