Enjoying some great experiences can sometimes come after a little commitment and when it comes to visiting and exploring the Phraya Nakhon Cave, the scenario is the same.
Where is it?
This cave is inside the Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park. For someone who spends his vacation at a resort the likes of Anantara Hua Hin Resort, exploring this treasure is easy. It’s just a 45 minutes’ drive away.
Why do they call it a hidden treasure?
Any hotel in Hua Hin would recommend its guests to try this experience, but only a few actually take it. The reason is, the journey (hunt) to the cave is hard, but once reached, the views (treasures) you get will be just mind-blowing.
The journey to the cave
Once you enter the National Park you’ll be assigned a guide. Then it’s all about a serious climb of 130 meters. The steps are often uneven and sometimes slippery too. So caution is advised!
The cave
You get to see two caves. The first cave also has an open ceiling through which the sunlight cascades in causing a breathtaking view. But what is really majestic is the second cave around which there are some historic stories as well.
