Apart from Koh Panyee and James Bond Island, the Phang Nga Bay is the most scenic attraction in Phuket and is visited by many tourists.

The Bay
Known as one of the gorgeous bays in Thailand, this place remains nature’s mystery as it has limestone formations that defy the gravity itself. Giving off an ethereal vibe, this is a great place to be in if you have a love for photography and are a water baby.
How to get there
Any Phuket luxury resort will tell you how to get here, and in places similar to COMO Point Yamu, Phuket, they also provide boats and tours that take you to Phang Nga Bay and the other caves around it.
What to expect
The boat will take you to the Bay, and the closer you get, the more oddly shaped rocks you will spot jutting out of the waters. The most prominent rock formation is the Khao Ping Gan or the Leaning Rock, which shot to fame ever since it was featured in the James Bond movie, “The Man with the Golden Gun”.
When to go
During the summers, from March to June is when you must visit, as the monsoons can make your trip dreary and the sights not so mesmerising.
