Location
The park is located at 48/3 Moo 4, Soi 30, Thepkhassatri Road, Koh Kheaw and can be reached easily from many surrounding luxury hotels in Phuket including the likes of Anantara Layan Phuket Resort. If you do not have a way of reaching the park, the establishment provides pick up- and drop-off services for guests.
The Experience
Fishing fans both young and old can sign up for either bait or bread fishing programmes depending on the type of fish you wish to catch such as Siamese carp, red tails and more. The carp can reach up to 35 kg while the catfish generally weigh about 15-20 kg. Knowledgeable staff and guides are always on hand to help, while the park supplies all the equipment. Visitors are also free to bring their own.
Opening Times and Costs
The park is open daily from 08.30am to 05.30pm. For a full day of fishing, the entrance fee will be 3,400 Baht. Non-fishing visitors will have to pay to enter as well. (300 Baht for children and 500 Baht for adults).
Other Activities
After a session of fishing and successfully reeling in some hefty catches, you can spend some time at the onsite restaurant as well.
