Occupying a large extent of over 16 acres the building houses several pavilions exhibiting historic relics and articles. This inclusive museum contains over 300,000 artifacts. Exhibits from over 13 Chinese dynasties are showcased in the museum buildings which include bronze work, pottery and paintings. To highlight and display the findings, the museum also continually organizes exhibitions for the public and visitors. These include exhibitions on various relics, arts and calligraphy.
