Where is it located?
Slowly rising to its flattering sky-high state, the Lotus Tower is located bordering the Beira Lake close to many a luxury apartment in Colombo including those that are a part of upcoming residential projects such as Capitol TwinPeaks.
The fun add-ons
The Lotus Tower should not be considered a mere transmission tower. Scheduled to be completed in October 2017, this concrete miracle comes with a multitude of shopping venues, several food courts, banquet halls and a museum. It will also feature an observation deck providing a stunning 3600 panorama of the city and the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean.
Lo and behold!
While the tower consists everything a typical urbanite could want, it also features another magnificent add-on; a revolving restaurant located 234.2 metres up! Apart from being the first revolving restaurant in Sri Lanka, the tower will also provide state guests suites on the seventh floor.
