Shanghai Disneyland
Amongst the best in Asia, the Disneyland theme park here is not to be missed on your visit to Shanghai; luxury apartments in the Putuo District make an ideal base to head to this site home to plenty of attractions like the stunning Enchanted Storybook Castle. Other highlights of its different themed sections include Buzz Lightyear Planet Rescue at Tomorrowland, the Pirates of the Caribbean ride at Treasure Cove, Roaring Rapids at Adventure Isle and Peter Pan’s Flight at Fantasyland.
LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Shanghai
Interactive fun awaits at the LEGOLAND Discovery Centre within easy reach of properties like Oakwood Residence Shanghai. This indoor site has diverse zones with lots to discover and workshops where inquisitive young minds (and the young at heart!) can gain LEGO building tips. Shanghai Happy Valley
Another family favourite, Shanghai Happy Valley offers diverse escapades for young and old alike. Set amidst a huge site with scenic landscapes, it features seven themed zones so you will always find something new to discover. If you are after some thrills, head to the Happy Times zone home to the Wooden Coaster-Fireball and the exhilarating Twin-Tower Heroes ride. Also popular are Typhoon Bay featuring the water-based Super Splash, Shanghai Beach with its Diving Coaster and Ant Kingdom ideal for little ones.
Jinjiang Action Park
Within easy reach of downtown Shanghai, Jinjiang Action Park has an ideal mix of attractions from rollercoasters to water-based rides. This expansive amusement park also attracts adrenaline junkies looking to experience its giant inverted boomerang ride known as Peak No. 1 which can reach speeds of up to 80 km/h and a height of 60 metres! Also of note are Canyon Rafting which provides a fun adventure on the water and the 108-metre-high Shanghai Ferris Wheel which offers amazing views from up top.
