The city of Guangzhou is one home to one of China’s most beautiful mountain ranges. Fondly known as the White Cloud Mountain , the Baiyun Mountain has been a popular scenic spot since ancient times. Located in the South of China the name derives from the peaks of the mountains being covered by clouds during spring or after rains have cleared. The mountains are believed to be the first scenery of the goat city and is honored by the Chinese. With the years the mountains have been awarded many titles such as “Top Beauty of Guangzhou ” and first mountain of Lingnan”.
