The Necessary Documents
First and foremost, you’ll need a valid passport in order to be granted a transit visa. Past that, you’ll need two photographs of yourself taken in the standard photo format, an air ticket, and a duly filled Eta application.
The Submission of Applications
You can submit your paperwork either by hand or by post to the Consular Division of the Permanent Mission of Sri Lanka to the United Nations. It generally takes 1 to 2 business days for the whole thing to be processed.
Payment Options
As far as payment options go, there are quite a few choices available to you. You can use methods like cheques, bank drafts, money orders or just simply pay in cash. Do keep n mind that card payments are not accepted for this process.
