Unique buildings are a delight to look at. When in Bangkok, you’re sure to come across a number of different buildings that will appeal to you. Here’s a list!
Elephant Building
Apart from spotting actual elephants, you’ll find a building in the shape of an elephant located at Paholyothin Road. This high rise was designed to resemble an elephant, and they sure succeeded.
G Tower
As the name suggests, this recent architectural marvel is in the shape of a giant G! This office complex has a total space of 66,00 square meters and can be found in the up and coming Rama IX, just 40 minutes from Anantara Sathorn Bangkok Hotel.
Sathorn Unique Tower
Close to several hotels in Sathorn, Bangkok this tower is also known as the ‘ghost tower’. Although not completed, this tower has received an iconic statement and reminder of the 1997 Asian financial crisis. Initially meant to be a luxury residential complex, this tower now sits over Bangkok, half completed.
Robot Building
This building is supposed to bring out the child in every adult as the features of this building represents a massive robot. The building is currently the headquarters of the United Overseas Bank.
