Check out the Dutch Fort
Dating back to the mid-17th Century, the Dutch Fort was previously an important trading base for the Dutch East India Company. This fort was primarily built by the Dutch during their time and destroyed when they left just so the next colony could not use it. Today you will find the ruins of limestone and coral – known as the Dutch Fort in Kalpitiya.
