Yala Beach is one of the most secluded and pristine beaches Sri Lanka has to offer and is definitely the most adventures since one is surrounded by leopards, crocodiles, and elephants.

Background
Yala beach is situated within the eponymous national park in Sri Lanka, which is the island’s most famous. It’s one of the island’s most important bird areas, and also has one of the highest leopard densities in the world.
Sea Kayaking
This is one of the many activities you can take place in around Yala beach. The waters are a little rough for swimming, but kayaking is a great way to still enjoy one of the best beach getaways. There are lifeguards constantly on duty as well. You can find more about sea-kayaking in Yala on blogs like Sandy Beach Trips.
Diving
There are many ancient wonders off the coast of Yala beach, so diving is definitely recommended. Unfortunately, since the beach is within a national park you won’t find a selection of seaside beach restaurants, unless you go to Cinnamon Wild Yala.
Surfing
Surfing has become surprisingly popular in Yala, although many sticks to the stretches of beach outside of the actual park, and close to the resorts in the area. The waves are still ideal for experienced surfers, and the beaches are isolated and stress-free.
