The Masmak Fort is located in Ad Deira Riyadh and is a major attraction for students and visitors into Riyadh. It does not only represent the local culture but is also of historical interest to the nation.

Historically it represents the major turning point in the efforts of the king to unite the country and bring it under his rule in 1902. Its walls are thick and strong which describes the fort aptly.
