About the Tower
The tower used to have a gleaming metallic outer layer which was later stripped off. Now, the concrete shaft is polished to a smooth finish. The top two floors contain two restaurants and a gorgeous café. These are the only revolving restaurants in New Zealand.

The greatest time to visit Auckland’s Sky Tower is during the early winter and beginning of summer seasons. This location is best visited between November and April. During these times visiting hours are open from 8.30 Am to 10.30 Pm from Sunday to Thursday.
