Visit the Secret Beach in Mirissa
This beach is of course not the easiest place to reach, so it has yet remained a secret and secluded beach, but no doubt is one of the most beautiful ones you will come across in Mirissa. Try enjoying a sunset at Secret Beach and you’re sure to just love it.

Schedule a day trip to Unawatuna and Galle Fort
Unawatuna has an amazing beach too and you should surely check it out as well when in Mirissa. You can then head to Galle Fort on the same day where you can explore the old Dutch Fort and do some souvenier shopping to take something home from your trip to Sri Lanka.
Surf and chill
Surfers love being in Mirissa because the waves are just ideal for a good round of (even pro) surfing. Mirissa beaches do not get too crowded and October to March proves to have the ideal surfing conditions compared to all other months.
