Paris is one of the most iconic cityscapes in the world and one of the most dreamt about destinations the planet has to offer. Out of the many wondrous attractions the city of Paris has to offer, one that surely stands above all is Disneyland, which draws millions of visitors on an annual basis. The Disney Village is the part of the park that specialises in dining and shopping, which makes it a whole new world of its own. The many attractions the complex features are testaments to the power of imagination. Buffalo Bill’s Wild West Show is one of the village’s biggest events, and features actual Native Americans, bison, Longhorn Cattle and cowboys riding Quarter Horses. This particular attraction has so far been graced by a sum total of more than 8 million attendees.
Disney Village also features the Panora Magique Balloon, which the largest of its kind in the world and carries an incredible thirty people a hundred metres into the sky.
When it comes to restaurants, the range of available choices is astonishing, and consists of both unique incarnations of renowned international franchises as well as incredible Disney-themed establishments. Concerning the latter, there’s Annette’s Diner, which is a 50’s themed restaurant that is a tribute to Annette Funicello who was a prominent member of the Mickey Mouse Club. For those of you who are obsessed with westerns, there’s the Billy Bob’s Country Western Saloon.
There’s also a world of shopping you can indulge in, at outlets such as World of Disney, World of Toys, a Lego Store in addition to an ocean of retail outlets.
