The Big 5
The Nairobi National Park is one of the places where you will be able to get up close with at last 4 of the Big 5. The lion, buffalo, rhino and leopard are all found in this park, and until recently you could even find elephants here as well.
What to do in the Nairobi National Park
If you are staying in one of the Nairobi serviced apartments such as the Somerset Westview Nairobi then you must make your way to the park. There your first objective would be to participate in a safari!
Hippo Pools
One of the attractions in the park is the Hippo Pools where people can stretch their legs and go for a small walk to unwind by the Athi River.
Climate
Given the temperate nature of the region, you can expect a rainy and dry season so be sure to plan accordingly.
