Beaches
As you would expect, there are plenty of gorgeous beaches along the coastline. Amongst the popular beaches are those at Noosa, Mudjimba, Peregian and Alexandra Headlands. Hotel options can be easily found beside these shorelines as well. Surfers can look to visit the Sunshine, Mooloolaba and Caloundra beaches too.

Family Fun
There are lots to keep the kids occupied and entertained as well. The SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast Aquarium, within a 10 drive from Oaks Seaforth Resort is a definite must visit as is the Australia Zoo where you can get up close to koalas and kangaroos! Also popular is the Aussie World theme park with everything from thrilling roller coasters to fun rides.

Shopping
For some retail therapy check out Sunshine Plaza, the largest shopping centre on the Sunshine Coast as well as Mooloolaba Esplanade which provides fashionistas with plenty of choices. Also of interest is the Original Eumundi Markets (Saturday and Wednesday) which specialises in arts and crafts.

Getting Active
There is no shortage of adventure-filled activities on the Sunshine Coast. Surfing, snorkelling, kayaking and scuba diving are amongst the popular water sports, while on land one can try horse riding, mountain biking, golfing and hiking. For a pure adrenaline rush, there’s paragliding, abseiling and skydiving too!
